Tim sold us our very first house back in 2009. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what everything meant & guided us along the way to better understand the process of buying a house. Tim really outdid himself. We wanted to sell in a hurry (and who doesn't?!) so we gave "all in" to TIm. He came in and helped us to stage the house, gave some great tips on some little updates, and even some top secret ways to make that buyer fall in love. It all worked! Now, don't get me wrong, I was house proud, but my husband and I both agree completely that it was Tim that helped to get our house sold fast. We had two homes within six houses of us on both sides that were VERY comparable to ours that had been on the market for almost a year. Our house sold in under thirty days. When we bought our new house, we knew exactly what we wanted, and he listened. He never tried to talk us into another area, bothered with listings that were unrelated, and so on. That was refreshing because when we purchased our previous home with another realtor, all he did was send us info for homes that were out of our price range and in areas that we expressed no desire to live in. With our most recent sale/purchase, there were hiccups along the way (a couple of biggies) that were related to the buyers of our home. Tim always had our confidence. He took the wheel and we just held on tight. We found our realtor for life (I love my new house, so sorry Tim, it will be a while).
